Notes
In Austria and Slovakia the same spread is called Liptauer, and is made with bryndza sheep cheese where that is available. Farmer's cheese is sold at Polish grocers as twaróg. Keeps 3-4 days in the fridge. Untested. Written by Claude from the standard method, not from a tested source, and not yet cooked.
